We provide a couple of different services for our guests who wish to finance their care payments over time. Although we have no direct interest these companies, we offer the following information for our guests' convenience. Dental Fee Plan*

• The patient can select a monthly payment that fits within their budget
• Patients choose the length of the term. The shorter the term, the lower the interest rate.
• Rates range from 9.99% to 12.99%.
• For instance, if the patient borrows $4,300.00 for 60 months at 12.99% A.P.R. the monthly payment would be $99.00.
• The application process is fast and confidential using Dental Fee’s Plan toll-free number 24 hours a day, seven days a week or via www.dentalfeeplan.com
